A. The annual Radurtkens girls night (with babes.) And a delicious dinner at the Brick Oven.
B. We spent a weekend in Panguitch. Liz, Garrett and I ran the 1/2 marathon and it was a very beautiful course. We enjoyed taking the scenic way home as well!
C. Ethan's birthday! Pizza and cake at work. Pear cobbler, soda, and friends in the evening.
D. Floating the Provo River on the 24th of July with the Olsons. So much fun! Not pictured were the great fireworks in Charleston while sitting on the front porch at Dennis and Brenda's house.
E. Vintage video game night. Mario Cart. Tetris Fusion. Original Halo. Fun.
F. Pina Coladas and long runs in the canyons. (The pina coladas usually follow the long runs, and are usually enjoyed while sitting in our little pool.)
G. Date night with the Murrays. Loved it and them and Cory's awesome phone. That and the fact that after dinner/dessert, we headed to Kmart's store closing for some browsing.
H. Helping friends with projects and in turn receiving delicious mint from their garden and their mint limeade recipe.
Whew!
We started August with a long run, a trip to Perry for dinner at Moores, Despicable Me 2 with Jordan and Alex, visiting with family, and Daniel's baby blessing. Jemaine really loves trips to my parents because it is all snacks, all the time. Last night we had a great visit with Ethan's grandparents as well.
Birthdays are the best! I've never tried pear cobbler? As good as peaches?
