Lat Friday (August 3rd) we headed to Montana. A couple months ago I was asked to com up and secretary a team roping for a couple days. After much deliberation, Ethan decided to join me.
On the trip up to Montana, the white Honda drover her 250,000th mile! (And many more!)
We arrived in Bozeman late Friday night, and after the roping Saturday we were able to explore for a bit. We ate bison and chocolate, and enjoyed our hotel that was similar to staying at Cabela's with great beds and hot tubs!
Sunday afternoon we headed to Jackson Hole via Yellowstone. We saw some Elk, Moose and were thisclose to seeing a bear, but it went behind a tree before we could see it.
Monday morning we woke up in Jackson and headed to The Grand Tetons for a hike to Taggart Lake and Bradley Lake. BEAUTIFUL.
After the hike it was time for a quick lunch (Ethan had bison, I had salmon) and then a nice drive home.
We had to stop for a for a coke in Cokeville- Ethan's new favorite place.
It was a fun quick trip full of beautiful scenery.
