Hawaii part deuce

Prepare yourself now... its going to be long. I apologize there are not any pictures because the internet at my house so I am having to go through Ethan's phone to get any sort of connection. This means it takes a ridiculously long time to load even one picture. Maybe one day soon I will get some posted. For now it is more or less a journal entry.

Monday we went for a bike ride to a secret spot with a great rope swing. I didn't go off the swing but you know Ethan did. On our bike ride we also saw a dead baby hammer head shark. Monday night we were off to the PCC for the Luau. We had lots of fun making fish, getting tattoos and learning to hula.

Tuesday we went snorkeling and to the Hukilau cafe and beach. It was a pretty relaxing day and lots of fun. Tuesday night I wasn't feeling super great so it was nice to have a less busy day.

Wednesday we headed to Honolulu and hiked Diamond Head. After the hike it was time for a great lunch at the Diamond Head Grill and then off to surf lessons. Surf lessons from Albert were awesome and we all managed to stand up and catch a wave! After surfing we went back to the Diamond Head Grill and ate some delicious desserts that we had scoped out earlier. On the way home we drove along a cool road with huge rain forest type trees. We also stopped at a cool park and then a fantastic lookout.

Thursday we headed to the North Shore for famous Motsumoto Shaved Ice. We stopped at jumping rock where plenty of jumping occurred. It was super awesome because as we stood on top of the rock we could look down and see a sea turtle swimming around. Thursday night Ethan took me for a walk on the beach and after stopping to swing on the rope swing he engaged me! (I will post that whole story in another post.) Thursday night involved a lot of celebrating so with the Salony's we took a walk to the 7-11 and got some treats!

Friday morning we snorkeled at Sharks Cove and swam with a sea turtle. We even got to touch his shell. It was so awesome. Friday we met up with one of Cam's friends who took us up to a cool look out, then to a waterfall, to a beach, fireworks on the beach, and to see the lights of Honolulu.

Saturday was our last day and we went to the Hukilau Cafe for breakfast, China Man's Hat park, and to a macadamia nut farm. Then it was back to Honolulu for dinner and the airport.

We had such a fun time with the Salonys. Hopefully we all get to go back soon!
